We don’t normally give bubble wrap much thought, but being in the fulfillment business it’s important stuff. It’s not only for popping to relieve stress, but used for packaging. B.W. is made up of sheets of plastic with a series of sealed air bubbles. The air bubbles are circle shaped. The construction creates a very flexible yet durable protective sheet for packaging any kind of item for shipping, mailing, moving and storage. So don’t throw away that B.W. that showed up with the widget you just bought off of ebay! You may need it some day! Hurray for Bubble Wrap!
Shipping costs
•April 27, 2011 • Leave a CommentAs you know, everything is on the rise, including USPS rates! As a fulfillment center we are very conscientious of these costs and do what we can to pass on the savings to you. USPS has introduced some new packaging that allows us to “shop” for better rates. Flat rate packaging is no longer the norm as we now have choices with the new Regional A and B options. We also save you money by utilizing discounts that are offerred to us for online labels.

Order fulfillment
•July 23, 2009 • 1 CommentMany online businesses now outsource their shipping to order fulfillment centers. This can free up time for the important tasks such as marketing their business and product development. Most of the costs associated with hiring a fulfillment center can be passed on to the buying customer. There are lots of businesses that just don’t have the room to warehouse their inventory and do not want to spend big dollars to lease or buy warehousing. So why not outsource? Here are 3 fulfillment centers worth taking a look at:
